They don't respect the years you've been a customer. When you least expect it, they take away all your benefits. They charge you for everything. I know they have to make money through the customer, but taking away benefits they offered you to open an account is a different story. I don't recommends it. Be aware: If WellsFargo answers your concerns it’s a joke, they care less about reviews.
While you hold my mother’s money in your establishment, the bare minimum you should be showing is respect. Instead, your staff are blatantly non-empathetic and clearly prioritizing the needs of one culture over others. Sitting in the waiting room with my elderly mother in a wheelchair, being ignored while people arriving after us are attended to first, is outrageous. So I arrived to the bank at 11:45 am to open up an account. Which I was aware that there might be a wait due to me not having an appointment. The young lady that greeted me was very pleasant. I guess she left . The next person did the check ins was very rude to me. It was made up by Genesis R. who is a remarkable young lady. She took her time with me and my questions.
