So I arrived to the bank at 11:45 am to open up an account. Which I was aware that there might be a wait due to me not having an appointment. The young lady that greeted me was very pleasant. I guess she left . The next person did the check ins was very rude to me. It was made up by Genesis R. who is a remarkable young lady. She took her time with me and my questions.

Horrible service and long line branch manger could care a less … beware long line they care I would money else where.. close it there plenty others..

Worst bank experience ever went their Wednesday to make a wire transfer they say they would call me back in 1hr to make me know if everything went through nobody call me back an I have been calling them since then with no answer
