It is a terrible bank with awful customer service. I experienced a cyber theft where someone deposited bad checks into my account from a branch in Georgia. Money was taken from me, and despite filing the appropriate claims, nothing was resolved. They even told me that I had programmed or arranged the theft myself. The calls were recorded, and they still never solved anything. I ended up closing all my accounts with them. They are a complete disaster.
Went there today to get a construction form notarized. Was quized by some listless poor girl who wanted my ID, bank card, and date of birth and finally ushered to a seat to await an FA (financial advisor). After 15 minutes Mauro the FA came out and led me to his office. He quized me about my business and assets, my date of birth and why I don't keep any significant funds at Wells Fargo. Me lleve una mala experiencia el notario que esta alli no me quiso ayudar porque mi pasaporte dice que no es legal en florida llevo 11 años con este banco pero eh decidido cambiar lo y punto
They don't respect the years you've been a customer. When you least expect it, they take away all your benefits. They charge you for everything. I know they have to make money through the customer, but taking away benefits they offered you to open an account is a different story. I don't recommends it. Be aware: If WellsFargo answers your concerns it’s a joke, they care less about reviews.
