I just recently visited here and needed to withdraw funds due to being out of town visiting family and I was lied to by the teller on duty. She lied and said my funds were not available to withdraw, which they were. I called customer support immediately upon leaving and was told that my funds are ready to use and I was directed to speak with customer advocate. DO BETTER. As a new Client with Wells Fargo this is an inconvenience.
I visited there today……. open an account. It was my first experience with wells fargo and the lady who consults me named ( Reem abdullahnizam ) was awesome . She treats me very well and made me understood about all the terms and conditions.
I Will Never Do Business There Again I Always Have Problems With This Wells Fargo . The Men Mr. Anthony was definitely rude I would suggest you find another one maybe Sinclair Lane their customer service is impeccable.
Horrible customer service. Woman bank teller tried to blame me for causing another customer to get angry and then proceeded to make me feel bad about asking for newer looking bank notes. It's literally your job to be a good banker. You have one job, do it. And on top of that, just be a nice person lady!!
