Martha was a delight to deal with Very helpful with my issues
Nothing but a pleasant experience for me. I read the other comments and understand the frustration they have. It’s funny because I love that they have more tellers. I also bank with Truist and BoA and man, let me tell you, one teller with three or four others in offices. Often without customers. So, for prompt and friendly teller service, I love this branch.
I was walk in customers with my 80 year old mother. They only have one personally banker. We needed to add names to the accounts. There are three ladies behind the teller line. They could not accommodate us. I immediately became frustrated. This is an early Saturday morning. Kinda of confused "why" a bank would only have one new accounts person on a Saturday.
