My experience with Wells was very bad on 11/14/2024. I received a letter from wells fargo saying that my name doesn’t match with my social, which was very weird. I called back office and they told me to come to the branch. I went to this location at around 4 pm, no one came to me until 4:10 pm. Then the lady said you don’t have an appointment so we won’t be able to help you today.
