Almost ten years I have been with this bank and have always been happy with them until now. Was double charged by a company and it messed up my account and then I am told I have to wait ten days with no money available because of something that wasn't my fault. Thanks for proving to me that Wells Fargo only sees people as a number. I think its time to find another bank for my business.
RecommendedMy father has patroned this branch location for a number of years and has always received fantastic customer service via the phone and in person. I got to experience that level of service today. My father recently had a stroke and could not remember any passwords, etc for his online banking account. They demonstrated much care and compassion while helping us navigate those issues and resolved every issue. A particular “thank you” to Tyler Heflin for is great help. Thank y’all.
