Workers joke around about client after client left. Did not understand the transaction I wanted to do and left me to use the ATM. At this point using the ATM is faster and more convenient than in person. Not very good in customer care.
Anthony denied my check because of the color of my skin. I took it to another branch and they deposited my check just fine. I’m filing a discrimination lawsuit with my attorney this week
This place doesn’t stay open until 5, they close early
No matter time of day. Understaffed. Long wait times. They’re trying their best but very frustrating to use.
