Sign-on bonus was a complete SCAM. Never got it. Initial offer only required $500 in deposits and to wait 90 days to get a $325 welcome bonus after 90 days. We go to sign-on and this location tells us they now want $1,500 in deposits in 90 days to get that welcome bonus. We then deposit $1500 that same day into the newly opened account and we're told on the spot that we just have to wait 90 days to get that bonus. Well, 90 days pass and Nothing. Been a member of Wells Fargo for 30 years and they charged me for a cashiers check. Terrible manager of this location
This establishment is extremely ableist and ageist. They hold money back from homeless seniors, who rarely have anyway of getting around. Their employee’s are rude and I would say down right heartless. They have no empathy for an 80 year old woman who needs her social security money to survive, they’d rather lock her bank account (for no valid reason) and make her jump through hoops to get it unlocked.
