I recently had a cashier check stolen. I went into this branch to speak to a banker. I was not aware you needed to make an appointment to see a banker. Anyway i did tell them a cashiers check was stolen and i needed to get it taken care of. They told me no banker was available and did i want to make an appointment for the next day. If it's convenient to your location, do business here if you must. You'll probably be fine most of the time. However , I will say that on multiple occasions I had quietly observed that this branch has unusually poor customer service. They treat customers like an annoyance or a nuisance. After a few rude experiences my wife actually refused to come here some time ago. I continue to stop by, but some of the entitled and condescending behavior of the staff has surprised me. I went in Monday because I needed to have my account merged I called customer service and they told me this could only be done at a branch when I walked in, they were not busy at all they had 3 people sitting there talking so I walked up to see if I can be helped.
