My wife just returned from the Atco branch of Wells Fargo. She was very dissatisfied. We don’t bank there but my grandson does. She wanted to make a cash deposit into his account. She was refused because it wasn’t a joint account. This is not the first time we have been disappointed in the service that we have received at this branch. Service at this branch is abysmal. If I could give no stars I would.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a bank. Manager was very rude, almost seemed to enjoy treating me bad. I was given a directive from WF Corporate which I went to the branch to do and needless to say, it was incorrect according to the manager. I compare every bank to USAA and WF, Atco, you really don’t deserve 1 star
I previously rated this 5 stars because I never had any issues at this location until a recent visit. The woman at the counter refused to deposit/cash my money order because it said “mr & mrs” in front of my name and they required my wife to be present along with her full documentation... I drove to the next closest wells fargo and they deposited it no problem. This location needs to learn customer service and as a bank not inhibit a customer from their own money.
