I'm really disappointed with this bank. They are closing down location and ATM Machines all over but still charge a $3 fee for using an out of network machine. Then when I drive out of my way to use your machine it's out of order. That $3 fee needs to go away.
Grotesque customer service. Slow as molasses and snarky to customers. Switching banks as soon as my checks are used up.
Have been banking here for years. Branch Manager is great. Always pleasant & helpful. Very happy with the service I've received here over the years.
Very bad experience at this location! Manager was extremely rude and repeated same sentence like machine. Many people complain from WF and I’ve never believed it will happen to me but here I am after 10 years of banking here i will have to go somewhere else.
