This is a small branch office with minimal customer service offered. I have been trying to add a signature to an account for ten days and have been given a variety of reasons why the signed documents are still sitting on a stack of paperwork in the "back office." Upon further questioning and a couple of phone calls later, I found out there is no "back office." Scanned documents were sent to a different branch & still I'm waiting without answers. Not everyone there is is like this but there is one teller in particular that is extremely nosy and seems like a real busy body. I don’t come to the bank to discuss personal details of my my life. It’s rude and unprofessional to try and guess/make assumptions about where my money comes from. Your job is not to worry about my personal life & finances, your job is to assist me with transactions.
