This was my best experience to visit Wells Fargo Bank Bethelview Road location in cumming to open checking accounts. Entire Staff of the Branch is so friendly and helpful. Specially Marrissa who was my banker to help me to open account She was very accurate to explain everything regarding account features of checking account. She did every in nice way . I wish her all success in her career in Bank. Thanks to entire Team of the Branch.
No words to describe how rude the manager was... I don't have time to deep dive into our situation but the employees know what happened and know that we were treated unfairly when we were nothing but patient and kind during all their mistakes and mishaps. I am still utterly shocked at what the manager said to us and how he spoke to us.
