I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to the branch banker Ms. Raven Rivera. On May 18, 2026 I met Ms. Rivera whom I presented my inquiry about my checking account. Her cordial demeanor, patience and professionalism during our meeting set the tone throughout and how supportive and eager she was to resolve my concerns. You need to help me out here …. Hire more tellers so people aren’t waiting 15 minutes to withdraw cash …. Some people actually enjoy teller/customer interaction . The manager asking if I’d prefer the inside ATM , no don’t try to convince me to use a machine because your company refuses to hire additional help Hire more tellers hire more tellers The friendly banking experience is a thing of the past
maria at wells fargo cross county could use a little lesson in customer service. kind of rude to tell a customer to wait and then completely walk away without saying anything after i waited for my turn. only even gave two stars because i was tended to by someone else after she exited
It is really sad what has happened to Wells Fargo. I went into this branch, I have been a Wells Fargo member for over 10 yrs. The manager and Teller at this branch does not care about their clients. They lie and gaslight i couldn't believe it. I will never go to this branch ever again. And as soon as all my funds are clear I'm switching banks. sad
