maria at wells fargo cross county could use a little lesson in customer service. kind of rude to tell a customer to wait and then completely walk away without saying anything after i waited for my turn. only even gave two stars because i was tended to by someone else after she exited
It is really sad what has happened to Wells Fargo. I went into this branch, I have been a Wells Fargo member for over 10 yrs. The manager and Teller at this branch does not care about their clients. They lie and gaslight i couldn't believe it. I will never go to this branch ever again. And as soon as all my funds are clear I'm switching banks. sad
Lobby with atm separate from the inside of the bank. Very convenient as I live in yonkers very close to Cross County.
I have been a longstanding customer of WellsFargo, dating back to the days of Wachovia and this has been my home branch. I have never had any issues prior to today. I visited the other day to make a deposit and asked to use the restroom while waiting to be seen. I was told no, that restrooms are for employees only, and ushered towards the exit. Ive been going to this wells fargo for years my safety deposit box lock cylinder broke the staff and the branch manager attended to my issue quickly and it was resolved in a timely manner the branch manager and staff were great
