As a regular client with a pretty heavy business account I was expecting a better treatment by the banker who works at this branch. Her name is Genevieve I believe. Showed up at 11:30 to access my safe box and had to wait 34 minutes until someone was free to let access. She started talking to me in a very disrespectful way. And I am sure if she had accessed my account information she would have not talked this way to me which I am more upset about actually.
