I was seen by 3 different sales people here, but Denisse is definitely outstanding in her work. She explains everything so well, gives you suggestions on what she recommends, she even told me things the other 2 sales people didn't mention to me and her overall personality is just so pleasant to deal with. Always smiling too. From now on I'm only making an appointment with her. And since becoming a Wells Fargo customer, your bank has been just sop good to me. Thank you
I have nothing but positive feedback for this location. I have been doing some large business deposits for a few month and needed to get some change as well and I have not once had any issues or even an evil eye or an annoyed attitude. I get a smile every single time. I just wanted to give all the ladies a shout out.
I could tell Juan did not want to help us. He told us to go to another branch to get help with adding a second owner to an account and we did! The process took less than 30mins at the Edison branch. His reasoning made no sense as to why he couldn't verify my father. But hey go see Mike at the Edison branch!! He was awesome!
I had a appointment with Juan Pena to consult something with him and he was very professional and knowledgeable about everything that I was asking about.
