Sorry excuse of a bank. Was told I needed another form of ID to cash a check. I walk to my car less than a min find it and then they say their closed granted another branch told me that the one form would be good enough. These people are more worried about 5:00 than a customer that really needed their money. Wells fargo chester va takes bankers hours literally evidently. Wont ever step foot in this place again
It’s amazing how many times I’ve been discouraged from waiting to be seen. I understand banks are busy and appointments are ideal. However, sometimes there’s a bit of urgency needed. I came in on a Friday prior to MLK - I couldn’t get what I needed done (my own fault) so I needed to come back in on Saturday. I asked if they would be open - I was told yes but unfortunately they would probably be too busy to see me.They told me to come back on Tuesday. This place is the worst. Currently standing in line with 7 people. 1 teller… what kind of service is that? I absolutely hate this place. And the people are not friendly either.
