Buen servicio
This place is the worst. Currently standing in line with 7 people. 1 teller… what kind of service is that? I absolutely hate this place. And the people are not friendly either.
Lack of staff and job capability. I came in because my account/card was locked and the bank teller told me to just replace it through the Wells Fargo app even though I reassured her that the app says I can’t because it’s a security issue and not a lost card issue(The only reason I came in person is because the app). They also don’t carry temporary cards so dont waste time waiting for nothing. Why tf are they even open if they can’t help simple problems. The foreigner on the phone was A+ the bank F-
