Lewis is the Best security officer in town he keeps trouble away from the parking lot there’s a huge homeless issue in Klamath falls people used to dig out of The trash trying to steal peoples documents but the guard keeps anyone from entering the premises if they’re doing loitering and they now have moved to the thunder bird parking lot Which is now being sold so I’m afraid there will be issues if he wasn’t Maintaining the banking grounds I’ve seen him do laps everyday to ensure the safety of the community and the bank

Taily provided excellent customer service and was professional and kind.
Our local branch deserves the recognition. Banker Victor G. was incredibly thorough and did an excellent job taking care of our account needs. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the security guard to the teller, they all made our in-person visit easy and overall a nice experience. Keep up the good work!
