I have been trying to speak to a banker for 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone. Frustrating. Today I pulled into the drive thru and there were no other cars. I sent 3 checks and a deposit slip in the cannister. It was 12 minutes before I received my receipt. When I got home, I called the branch twice, but no one picked up the phone. Very disappointing!
