Recently had to go into the branch to add my partner to my account and Janelle was amazing. She was funny, sweet, and made us feel super comfortable. There has not been a banker at this location who’s made us feel at home in a long time. We will definitely be staying in touch with her moving forward and we hope she stays for good!
Very helpful banker
Just went into the bank to get help with a problem on my account and the gentlemen with the spiked white hair darker skinned(arsian) did absolutely nothing to help me with my problem I left more confused then when I arrived he pretty much told me to just wait and figure it out, he also through in there I can go open account anywhere else I want, is this what Wells Fargo has come to? I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
F the big banks
Had a wells Fargo account for years but they randomly changed the terms of my account without telling or notifying me, taking money out of my accounts as a charge each month. I scheduled an appt to close the accounts and, despite the appt time, waited over an hour with my wife and 2 yo for our appt. The woman behind the counter was really nice, though. But, Wells Fargo isn't even close to as good a bank institution as they were 10 years ago.
