Had a wells Fargo account for years but they randomly changed the terms of my account without telling or notifying me, taking money out of my accounts as a charge each month. I scheduled an appt to close the accounts and, despite the appt time, waited over an hour with my wife and 2 yo for our appt. The woman behind the counter was really nice, though. But, Wells Fargo isn't even close to as good a bank institution as they were 10 years ago.

I was a POA for both my parents. When father passed we opened another account for mom who deemed dependent so I was again a POA on account and was supposed to be TOD account also. The guy who I had worked with retired and when mom passed and they informed that they can’t have both on the account. Which was a lie and that the software has trouble putting both in the line. I have been trying to speak to a banker for 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone. Frustrating. Today I pulled into the drive thru and there were no other cars. I sent 3 checks and a deposit slip in the cannister. It was 12 minutes before I received my receipt. When I got home, I called the branch twice, but no one picked up the phone. Very disappointing!
