This branch is the absolute worst! If you need anything done besides a withdrawal or deposit DON'T go here. It's worth it to travel to another Wells Fargo branch. Terrible service and I am a WF VIP banking client.
Customer service was horrible
Branch closed unexpectedly for several days locking me out of my safety deposit box before moving cross country. Wells Fargo as a whole (corporate customer service and new local branch) have been less than helpful in assisting resolution. Let this be your warning not to bank with Wells Fargo, they will lock you out of your money some way or the other and refuse to help resolve the issue.
