Never in my life have i had a bank tell me they dont have enough money to cash my check this place is a straight up ghetto bank
These are the worst bunch of do-nothings on the planet I sat there for a whole half hour or more just to get somebody to come and fax something for me
Love the employees. Their professional service is outstanding, with a smile to boot. Also, a special appreciation to the following personnel, Ms. Tunisa, Ms. Tomyka, Ms. Christy and, of course, Mr. Jessie, who is no longer employed there .
Tunisa is possibly the most pleasant and professional person I’ve ever met through a microphone at a bank. Great job on customer service. Thanks for just being you!
