I’ve been coming here for a couple years. I opened up my original account in Nutley New Jersey. While in Europe for five months, one of my accounts got closed due to some issues I came back to reopen up another account and I came to this office. Serafina helped me reopen up another checking account and also Yolanda helps me at the line with other issues. Everyone that works here has always helped me and has always been very resourceful. Once again, I had the misfortune of being at the ATM inside the bank when Ms. Maria stood behind me and asked for my name and where I am from. I view this as an invasion of my privacy. For this very reason, my 25-year-old daughter refuses to even step foot in that bank. Please do something about this; I will not be returning and I will either drive five miles to another Wells Fargo or switch banks. Thank you.
