My husband and I made an appointment to open a joint account with Saleena and she was AMAZING. She broke everything down for us and went over our best option. I would highly recommend her!!
What a service! I want to express my sincere gratitude to Branch Manager Judith Gomera!!! No words can describe how grateful I am for your above and beyond customer service!!! I had an urgent specific case with WF which would be resolved in a month the soonest.( Still haven’t heard anything back from them ) I was sent back to wait from the different location but I needed the situation resolved ASAP. Thankfully there are some people who can keep the face and reputation of this huge company.
Clara at this location was excellent! She got me in and out of there in a snap, while also letting me know about their new services at the bank.
