Not sure if a bank problem or is it specific to Fausto. But I never had any problem till I met him twice…. Arrogant, bad advices, terrible customer service, the worst anttitude. Are those guys receiving training ? I have all my accounts in this bank. I am moving out. The worst.
THE FEMALE MANAGER ON DUTY TODAY AT 1PM HAS A UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE!!! WHEN WALKING IN, THERE WAS ONLY 1 TELLER (WHO WAS TRAINING) AND THERE WAS ALREADY 2 CUSTOMERS BEFORE MYSELF. THE TELLER IN TRAINING NEEDED HELP FROM THE MANAGER (WHICH SHE CAME & ASSISTED) HOWEVER EVEN WITH THE MANAGERS ASSISTANCE IT WAS TAKING A VERY LONG TIME, EVEN THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME WAS BECOMING IMPATIENT.
