Went in the bank on 08/04/26, @ 9:50a, the lady at the teller desk greeted me. I told her what I needed to do. She asks the older gentleman if Crystal has anything available today. He says no. I told them I had called them yesterday and they said I didn’t need an appointment! “I don’t know who you would’ve talked to. Did you call the 800 number? I was there yesterday with my two kids to set up an account after a terrible experience with a bank I have been with for ten years. Wells Fargo and their employees were quick, and wonderful. They answered every question I had while also entertaining my kids lol. I’m a single mom and often have a hard time having to take my kids places especially somewhere as professional as a bank but they truly made us feel welcome and right at home. I went in to start a checking account and there were four people behind the their desk doing nothing. They wanted me to make an appointment. I want the First Citizens Bank in Landrum they saw me immediately and we're so nice.

We were just at this Wells Fargo and got such excellent care! Leandra and Arthur were both so helpful, polite, and knowledgeable in helping my sister and I with our Mom’s account. We have been here several times and each time we’ve gotten excellent service. Highly recommended!
