Hey I know lots of issue with wells imcomptence they cannot even send a wire. Been here 3 times so far. No bankers available for over an hour. What is sad is I know its not the workers at the branches Bee caves send you to Lakeway and vice versa. Phone bank be ready Major staffing issues. As long as have hours and hours to wait aroind great spot. Been with em since 1997 but time to change. $14k wire took 15 days to deliver.

I had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo thanks to Danna Villarrcal. She is a kind, young woman whose excellent attitude and warm approach made me want to return to the bank. In the past, the staff at Wells Fargo weren’t always friendly or welcoming, but Danna changed that for me. Because of her, I decided not to close my accounts, and I’m truly glad that Wells Fargo hires employees like her. Very long wait times and poor customer service. AND they ran out of cash at ATM and tellers...
