I had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo thanks to Danna Villarrcal. She is a kind, young woman whose excellent attitude and warm approach made me want to return to the bank. In the past, the staff at Wells Fargo weren’t always friendly or welcoming, but Danna changed that for me. Very long wait times and poor customer service. AND they ran out of cash at ATM and tellers...
Wells Fargo bank is failing, I could not take money out today, Get your money out if you can!
All I need is one document notarized. I have been here for 30 minutes. This place is horribly understaffed.
The drive through is no longer open. Inside lobby is understaffed. I walked in today. One teller said I'll be with you in a minute and left. Poor customer service.
