Competent staff. Sometimes confusion in lobby
They won’t let me cash check provided by their own bank unless i open an account with them. Which they won’t because they are redundant. Such a shame

I had opened an account Friday (11-14-2025) with Sara Ortega Rios. After setting up my account she had me deposit my $1000+ check via mobile deposit. Sadly she neglected to inform me that I would not get my funds that day. I only found out after I asked the front desk to pull out some money for me. The front desk told me I would have my money next day (11-15-2025). Had an appointment for new bank account I show up they said couldn’t get me due to I select personal instead of business like I’m opening an account took the rest of my day off for nothing we need old customer service back where you walk in and they attend you even more when your new customer
