I have been a member of Wells Fargo for about 25 years. Today, that may change. The so called BRANCH MANAGER (-Gonzales) was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, raised her voice, and laughed in my face. I am shaking. I walked in for a notary. I waited almost 2 hours. While I wasn’t expecting that long of a wait I struck up conversation with another lady waiting and bided my time.
