Had the honor to work with Julie Sayasithsena several times in the last few years. She has always been professional, understanding of my needs and goals that I am trying to accomplish. I appreciate that she understands that I am trying to do what is best for my family. I want to say she is definitely the star of that branch! Every time I go and I ask for cash they tell me they don’t have cash. They wanted to give me a large amount is $20s which is crazy! Flips always has a very rude attitude when spoke too as if the customer is disturbing her. This is my second time with the same experience.
Tellers are great. Bankers need to go through training again, specifically the business banker. Waited 30 minutes to order business checks because the banker was waiting on a customer who didn’t bring their ID. How are you going to not check someone’s identification when speaking about an account?? One of the first things every banker does is ask to insert your debit card and ask for identification. Very unprofessional. It is clear training needs to be refreshed by this banker.
