Today I was there and I had a online shopping problem with unknown online shop , I appreciate The worker they work in Wells Fargo Gainesville branch they have a very good behavior. They are intelligent and hard-working for customers and in just 15 minutes my problem resolved by them however that was not their problem Thank you wells fargo
I just opened up an account with Wells Fargo in Gainesville with a deposit of $13,500. Two days later I received an email saying that the funds were not available, so I immediately transferred $20,000 to cover the check from another bank, but unfortunately the transfer was done too late, when I went to Wells Fargo to explain my error they commented, that I have been banned for life. Very poor customer service, but when you’re a large bank, I guess customers take the back burner to profit.
