I do most of my banking digitally, just like many people today. However, I recently had to visit the Wells Fargo Gainesville Branch because I was dealing with a complicated transaction that couldn’t be resolved online. I rarely write reviews but I thought this one was neccesary the bank teller with the ref hair was very rude and not professional at all not to me or even any of the customers she attended while I was there honestly really disappointed others were really helpful and welcoming

Today I visited Wells Fargo because I had previously paid money due to a fraudulent transaction, and I needed help resolving the issue. At the bank, one of the bankers named Farshad Hosseini assisted me, and I truly cannot thank him enough. Farshad Hosseini is extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I went to there a week away and one of the bank teller ( didn’t get her name cause of how rude she was) was just completely rude. She didn’t even greet me and I was trying to cash out and she told me different wrong fees associated with me cashing out, so I completely just left the bank went to the one in Centerville, which is 20 minutes away from this so I will always be going to one in Centreville due to how rude the lady in Gainesville was .

I am a returning customer from many many years ago. I was having an issue setting up the online account and I called the local branch In Gainesville, Virginia and spoke to Chris on the phone. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and it was like talking to a friend. Excellent Customer Service!
