Today I visited Wells Fargo because I had previously paid money due to a fraudulent transaction, and I needed help resolving the issue. I went to there a week away and one of the bank teller ( didn’t get her name cause of how rude she was) was just completely rude. She didn’t even greet me and I was trying to cash out and she told me different wrong fees associated with me cashing out, so I completely just left the bank went to the one in Centerville, which is 20 minutes away from this so I will always be going to one in Centreville due to how rude the lady in Gainesville was .
I am a returning customer from many many years ago. I was having an issue setting up the online account and I called the local branch In Gainesville, Virginia and spoke to Chris on the phone. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and it was like talking to a friend. Excellent Customer Service!
Would rather drive to the one in Warrenton, The two times i have been here they don’t know what they’re doing.
