I came in the other day to make a teller transaction. As soon as I walked in Mr. Bemani instantly greeted me and told me he could assist me. As we did my transaction, it didn’t even feel like I was at the bank, instead he made me feel like a welcomed friend and we had a great conversation I did not expect to have. His professional and customer service is off the charts, I will definitely be coming here to do more business.
I am banking with Wells Fargo especially with this branch for many years now. and I have never seen an unprofessional staff just like this new hire (Parastoo), before these few months. she basically doesn't even know what a customer wants (she doesn't understand the language). what are the requirements for hiring someone? just to know someone else who works in the same branch? it's a shame!
