Wells Fargo is up to its old tricks. Promising a 4% APY as a six-month promotional rate, then assigning a much lower APY to the account. Yes, the rate was corrected after the first statement period, but a retroactive adjustment for the initial month was not made as promised. As suggested by the branch, I spoke with a rep in the customer service dept. That rep read from a different factsheet as to the requirements to earn the promo rate.
