Peggy at the Wells Fargo branch on de mercurio drive in Allendale went above and beyond to help me. She should be commended for her helpfulness and professionalism.
I don’t even know where to start. I was running to a few banks to change my name, due to a marriage. There was a huge difference in the customer service I received here and other banks. I’ve had Wells Fargo for over 15 years, back when it used to be Wachovia and I’ve never had a problem until I came to this particular location. Excellent customer service.
Really bothers me that I had to write this review since peggy Catherine was very helpful and respectful unfortunately Nuryz Almeida was not she just looked at me with a blank face I figured she was just having a bad day but that wasn’t the case after saying hi to her since she couldn’t even say that and telling her what I needed help with she just dump me into the corner and said I’m not sure if anyone could help you here…..but just wait there…… making me feel like a piece of trash.
