Terrible experience at the Wells Fargo Centerville branch. I came in to cash Wells Fargo family-endorsed checks and specifically asked for brand new $100 bills. Instead, the teller handed me old, ripped, damaged bills. It’s honestly ironic that I brought in clean, legitimate Wells Fargo checks, yet got back torn-up money that shouldn’t even be handed out to customers. When I politely asked if they could exchange the damaged bills for newer ones, the teller immediately said they couldn’t because I didn’t have an account there... read more
