The slowest service ever! We have been waiting here for an hour (and still waiting) while they told us the wait won't be longer than 15 minutes to talk to the only banker that is working! Many other staff are just walking around not helping customers! And he is just sitting chatting with the customers while seeing there are 5 more people waiting in line to talk to him! Last time we came, they also gave us wrong information! Better hire more experienced and professional bankers!
