They promised not to close the uptown ATM and then they did. The downtown ATM is constantly not working and their other ATM is in the bowels of the hospital and a pain in the @@$ to get to. For people who work during their short banking hours ( they aren't even open Saturday morning) it is almost impossible to deposit your checks or do any banking with this branch. So update... If I could give them less then one star I would the manager was rude and she yelled across the whole bank what my account balance was. Rude. Will drive somewhere else even if it’s farther to avoid this bank
Wells Fargo screwed me out of $600 because they let someone else cash a refund check that I was actually holding in my hands. Not sure how they manage that. They screwed up but I pay for it.
I called in to try to get some help with my grandma's account as I am her acting power of attorney I called the branch at 4:35 which is 25 minutes prior to closing. They stuck me on hold for those 25 minutes until they closed. What kind of service is that?
ATM not working- I was existentially disappointed and depressed in a masculine way.
