if I could give this ZERO stars I would. I came in simply asking a question about how to replace a debit card, because god forbid I have a bank question and go to the bank, and without even trying to hear me they were extremely dismissive and just told me to call and do it online, which is FINE but they were so rude and didn't want to help.. which is their job. If I have to call and do everything online why are there even people working in the bank lol

atm down, 1 teller, 8 people in line at 2pm on a weekday? not to mention how bout a sign saying enter this sid3, no need to ramble around the building
Remodeled inside, looks nice. Staff very helpful and nice.
Had an appointment at 3. Came at 2:45 waited 30 minutes aftet 3 and the bank was empty. Garbage lazy bank if you have somewhere to go or something to do. The company culture is more than likely a lazy one.
