If I could give this branch a 0 star I would !!!!! I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 19 years and never in my life have I been treated the way I was treated today ! I went in there to have a simple task done which I have had done plenty of times at any Wells Fargo and I was never given a problem ! I can’t even remember the tellers name but the Spanish woman with braces who does notary in the back is VERY RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY AND HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! if I could give this ZERO stars I would. I came in simply asking a question about how to replace a debit card, because god forbid I have a bank question and go to the bank, and without even trying to hear me they were extremely dismissive and just told me to call and do it online, which is FINE but they were so rude and didn't want to help.. which is their job. If I have to call and do everything online why are there even people working in the bank lol

atm down, 1 teller, 8 people in line at 2pm on a weekday? not to mention how bout a sign saying enter this sid3, no need to ramble around the building
