This is the second Friday I have came in to cash my check and only have ONE teller and six people ahead of me .I gave them a chance the first time but come on it's a Friday!
I waited in line wow the associates chatted with their customers for about 10 minutes only to be told that I had to get in another long to wait for another 20 minutes. She could have help me but refused to.
