I went Wells Fargo bank for open business account and I surprised ! It was the best bank branch I had ever seen , there is processional , kind ,honest and very polite manager Miss Maryam Kohi My banker was Mr Nauman Peerwani ,he is gentleman,and he helped me for my new business account and he helped me for Apple Pay and he spent a lot of time with me And finally 5 stars are not enough for them 👍

This branch is no different than other local branches. Newly hired and/or poorly trained bankers who can’t open an account properly without relying on a disfuncional, shadowy “back office”. Try calling corporate WF on the phone and they’ll escalate you to a complaints department of people trained to show empathy, call the branch, get the same answers you did, and then say there’s nothing more they can do, and they don’t know who or what department “back office” refers to. I've had great experiences every time I go to this branch. I had several questions and I spoke with the branch manager, Nicholas DiFiore, and each time he was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
