Diane B. Abate was arrogant & dismissive when my father & I went to the Runnemede Branch to make a change to his account. She said we needed an appointment, a document which I knew wasn't necessary & that it was a 90 minute process. We went to the Deptford branch, Elizabeth & Daniel helped us and everything was completed in 30 minutes. Diane, my advice to you is to make yourself knowledgeable of your job & Wells Fargo requirents for account charges. You made yourself and Wells Fargo look bad. I'm embarrassed for you.

The young woman with the shoulder length hair I think she's one of the bankers that sits at the desk she's got a serious attitude problem really toxic attitude
