Karissa comes off as passive aggressive, she seems narcissistic. I dont think she realizes it. Those type of personalities scare the hell out of me.
Rude staff member. I was welcomed by an employee and no issues there as he was very friendly. Then I went to the line to try to make a deposit and an employee ( not a teller) , who i believe she seats in one of the cubicles told me in a not so friendly tone, that there was someone ahead of me and asked me to move to the other side of the line. I do not appeeciate the unfriendly tone she used with me. I'm a WFB20+ years customer and do not deserve that kind of treatment. I ended up using the ATM machine to do my deposit. In t... read more
