I only go to deposit monthly, usually drive thru. SLOWEST bank I deal with anywhere. Even when I'm the only one in line. Takes 5 minutes just to see a teller in the window after sending the canister, and if I'm lucky 15 minutes later I'm done.

I went to this location to deposit a check for two times . At that time a faced a bad experience from one of the counter staff , The last time i visited to bank, the teller rudely told me don't put check throughout counter deposit and she said she noticed me i was coming last two , three time for same this .Moreover, I am new for this country and bank system. she never asked me you know the digital banking feature and stuff, when her showed me immediately charged me with questions, I felt so embarrassed at the time. she has ... read more

Went to this location to deposit a check from December that’ll expire in 180 days (6months). The teller (Claudia) rudely told me ‘why did you just deposit this now. This is not valid’. She cannot do simple computation with the days/months because clearly it is still valid. She then realized and said ‘oh, usually it’s just 60 days’ didn’t even apologized!! I am not going back to this location AGAIN!
