I have an account with the Branchburg Wells for many years. I needed a notary for my wife. But they wouldn't help her because she doesn't have an account with them. Now that's poor service if I ever seen it. I will be taking my money out first chance I get.
I really want to give 1⭐ but those can be removed as Spam. This location is horrible. I went in to make a deposit and another branch said it would be available so I assumed they're all the same. The woman at the desk was with someone else and didn't want to hold me up so she told me to use the ATM. I realized it said pending and the woman was annoyed that I still needed help so another woman came out from the office. I only go to deposit monthly, usually drive thru. SLOWEST bank I deal with anywhere. Even when I'm the only one in line. Takes 5 minutes just to see a teller in the window after sending the canister, and if I'm lucky 15 minutes later I'm done.
