After the Bound Brook branch closed, I started using this location. Not a big deal, only a couple miles from home. Service was not as friendly but comparable. However, soon after I started using this location, they decide to close the drive thru service. Extremely inconvenient as this is how I do 80% of my banking (the other 20% is online.. I almost never go into the lobby for anything). Terrible service
Edit: Would be negative if I could after that response. Wells Fargo had a data breach and then has the audacity to ask my address and phone number for a negative review when no further info is needed. I'll pass on that. Report what I wrote which gives the location. It is easily verifiable. 5 star employees although lately they seem ridiculously understaffed. 1 star for removing the drive through when there are no other Wells Fargo in the area. Terrible first-time experience. All I want it is a cashier check that I've done in another branch, and it was smooth in that branch. This branch held me 30 minutes and verified a million things with the back office for no reason to do the same thing that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Never coming back here
