I had the most amazing experience at the Wells Fargo in Warren, NJ. Karishma and the branch manager Victor Cruz were incredibly personable. Super vested in my financial goals and placed their heart in helping me achieve them. Mary was also super sweet! This will be my branch for a while!
I never ask for id before to make to change I came with account check and they wouldn’t give me change #older lady

I’m only giving 3 stars bc the young man who helped me today was very nice. I went last week to cash a check and the lady told me I needed 2 forms of ID and never mentioned I could use another debit card. I’m thinking it had to be something like mail or a bill. She was clearly being prejudice. Today when I went the young man just asked for my ID and another debit card w my name on it. Things I had the first time I went but she never mentioned I could. So if I could I’ve give her one star I would and I’d give him 5.
