I was informed by the teller that waited on me, that my West Virginia State Issued ID was not a valid ID! She DID NOT KNOW that West Virginia is a state in the United States of America!!! That is a DISGRACE and an EMBARRASSMENT!!!
They always wait until you don’t have enough funds and then they will hit you with the overdraft fee as well as your negative balance I will definitely be closing my account soon this is not the first time it has happened and doing all the math it doesn’t add up.
Not helpful at all. Had a check that I needed cashed that was co-signed by my mortgage company, and drawn on a Wells Fargo account. Branch employee wouldn't cash it because there was no stamp on it from mortgage company. Went back to mortgage company, they don't use stamps, what was on the check was correct. Back to Wells Fargo. "They don't use stamps, here's the branch managers phone number". Her response was, "They have to use stamps because we use stamps."
