Totally rugged me. $500 minimum to avoid service fees when I signed up. Then, without notice, started charging a $10 fee which went to $15 two months later.
The bank that 'pretends' it cares but does nothing to resolve issues or provide solutions. Forget even thinking about international transactions or anything else for that matter. Not a bank for me in the future. In response to response below, this is the standard reply and the end result will be the same, no solution, no results, simply frustration. Absolute joke, manager is a joke, I wanted to do an international transfer, got accused of having a fraudulent card, when I accessed it with my account codes for crying out loud.
