Courtney and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly. They will go above and beyond to assist you with any of your needs. Having just switched to this hometown bank I am thankful I did. Their personal touch has already paid off.

I am not blaming the tellers or bankers at this specific branch. I will not bank with FlagStar because they will lie to you. I had a business account with Wells Fargo and could view deposits. I am unable to view them with FlagStar. Do not lie to me and say that you can get this service and then 2 weeks later say it is not possible. I have Customers and Vendors I need this for and have wasted my time. Very poor customer service with their main branch as well takes a multiple calls to get one thing. 1 Star.

Heather did a great job helping me get some information on a car loan. I expected to be miserable but instead I learned what I needed to and enjoyed my visit into this Wells Fargo.
