Despite have FIVE accounts with Wells Fargo, this branch refused me service on 9/29/22 to open an account for my teenage daughter. 3 employees, an empty bank with zero customers and flat out refused. Is this how you train staff? Is this the experience an existing customer should receive? If someone with 5 accounts is treated this way, I’d advise any new customers to stay away, and specifically this branch is AWFUL! The management needs training or changed completely. Despite being a WellsFargo customer for over 10 years and being a licensed attorney for over 20 years, the branch manager at this Greenville location repeatedly gave me the run around when I came in to open a new business account. At the time, access to banks were limited due to covid protocol so I came to this branch because of availability. He repeatedly said he needed back office approval and promised to follow-up and call me. He never did. Luckily, the Limestone Road branch valued me as a customer and opened my business ... read more
I’m here at 5:41pm on a Friday. And this branch is closed. False advertising. The sign is in the photo I also took today standing outside the building...
Please give the correct closing hours.. it says the bank closes at 1p i arrived at 1252pm
