Although Friendly not helpful
Somethings changed at this branch been banking here for over a decade but now every visit takes 20+ min! Far to slow not enough tellers to help customers. dont stop here if your in a rush or have somewhere to be!
Terrible customer service.
Despite have FIVE accounts with Wells Fargo, this branch refused me service on 9/29/22 to open an account for my teenage daughter. 3 employees, an empty bank with zero customers and flat out refused. Is this how you train staff? Is this the experience an existing customer should receive? If someone with 5 accounts is treated this way, I’d advise any new customers to stay away, and specifically this branch is AWFUL! The management needs training or changed completely.
