If I could give negative I would. I made it to the Tomball branch in Texas 5 mins before closing. The service manager Dragana put my check in her machine and proceeded to tell me the check wasn't cashable that since it was a Wells Fargo check if I deposited it that I would get funds instantly. It did not. She then gave the check back cancelled the deposit and told me to try to cash it somewhere else. A banker told me that the branch wasn't able to help me with anything on my *WELLS FARGO* Credit card. Upon calling the credit card customer service, they said otherwise. Wells Fargo doesn't care about its customers or the customer service it provides. Don't bank with Wells Fargo, they won't help you.
Customer service is not good compared to my other banks. The wait time to talk to a banker is long and I've been told to come back another day. They seemed to be short staffed.
$7.50 to cash a check that was actually from Wells Fargo. The teller was nice but didn't help the situation at all nor every tried. This was my first time going into that bank. I won't be doing that again.
