This was the BEST banking experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. I will not bore you with the details but I will say that my issue was somewhat complicated. I had the pleasure of dealing with Taline primarily and also Kerry-Ann. They both went above and beyond to make sure that my situation was fixed. I've been banking here for years. Victoria, who is my personal banker, is excellent. Not only does she help me out with all of my concerns or questions, she also calls me out of the blue to tell me about promotions and banking advantages that are best for me even when I'm not around. It's really a great personal touch in this day and age when everything is AI this and robo call that
The staff here are completely clueless and rude! I booked an appointment here to open a CD, and I called beforehand to see if I needed to bring anything to do so; they told me I didn't need anything! So I go in for my appointment, and the next thing the staff tells me is that I needed to bring an ID. At this point, I'm frustrated because I was told I didn't need anything! Usually it can be a problem getting money from a Bank, I was trying to deposit money and finally gave up! Clueless! You can understand why there are so many lawsuits involving Wells Fargo. Dishonesty filters down and results in employee apathy. They offer nothing better than any other bank, but with these folks you'll get your share of Dis-Interest! Wells Fargo was way better as a 1950's TV Western! I took my business elsewhere. Saver, beware!
