I went into the branch with some issues and the manager ( a woman) was curt and rude and was not interested in helping me. So i left. I will change banks
Today was my second and final attempt and trying to bank at this location. I have never had a problem with this location until recently. Last week I tried to go and get something notarized for my kids school and was told because I didn’t have the student signature (who is 10) they couldn’t do it. I explained I have gotten several things for school notarized there for years and never a problem. I didn’t really have time to come back before school started.
