Nadia rules this place! All pro service!
Went to withdraw cash. Left 40 minutes later with no cash. They had my passport, drivers licence, debit card pin verified and my face as ID. Still not enough. The manager had to call her boss to get approval for my withdrawal. 30 mins later - no approval yet. So the bank manager abruptly asks me about a wire transfer I made last month. I mean, I just want to withdraw some cash! She has 3 pieces of ID, and the Wire transfer question answers correctly. I am then informed that she needs another 15 minutes! To do what? Terrible experience by a young senior male employee who identified as a manager. This individual has zero people skills, arrogant to say the least and made my wife and I feel unwelcome. Needless to say we'll never step foot in this branch again. Never experienced this in any wells fargo ever. If your a local of the area go to the Lincroft WF instead, manager a much nicer friendlier person

The attention in this place is great! Whether in English or Spanish they will help you effectively and quickly! Excellent team I arrived at this branch because I went to another one previously and they didn’t help me, and here they managed to help me and very quickly
