Despite being out-of-state, I was recently told that I would have to visit a banker with the other account holder IN PERSON to change my account type- this is indefensible given the capability of the internet and unprecedented global health crisis. After being slowly gouged by fees into adulthood, my days with Wells Fargo are numbered.

Somewhat pleased with Wells Fargo after opening an account here. Besides the hidden fees which slowly drain your bank account (especially that of a student's), the service is effective. Wait times at this location can be somewhat long, especially when you need to speak to a banker. 2020 Update: I was recently told that I would have to visit a banker IN PERSON to change my account type and remove authorized parents. After being slowly gouged by fees as a child into adulthood, my days with Wells Fargo are numbered.
