Terrible experience by a young senior male employee who identified as a manager. This individual has zero people skills, arrogant to say the least and made my wife and I feel unwelcome. Needless to say we'll never step foot in this branch again. Never experienced this in any wells fargo ever. If your a local of the area go to the Lincroft WF instead, manager a much nicer friendlier person

The attention in this place is great! Whether in English or Spanish they will help you effectively and quickly! Excellent team I arrived at this branch because I went to another one previously and they didn’t help me, and here they managed to help me and very quickly
After opening an account as a child only to be bombarded with various fees and charges, I quickly realized the mistake I had made. Despite being out-of-state, I was recently told that I would have to visit a banker with the other account holder IN PERSON to change my account type- this is indefensible given the capability of the internet and unprecedented global health crisis. After being slowly gouged by fees into adulthood, my days with Wells Fargo are numbered.
