Ladies inside at counter are always very kind. I had an issue with something and went in for clarification and to try to prevent that issue and was called "honey" by the lady working the drive though. I've never felt with such disrespect from a staff member. The lady at the counter was clearly embarrassed and im thinking of moving banks now because that was not okay.
Could I talk to a real human being not just some online person
I was nervous about the dismal info that was circulating about Wells Fargo. I don't believe it. During the past year I have had problems with my mortgage, my checking, and my savings. Every disaster I had was handled efficiently with true intentions and the team at my bank , Irby Street South Carolina, are not just personable, but honest and true. The character of these employees combined with their honesty convinces me , I have found the right bank . Wells Fargo is the smart option.
