I wish I could give 0 stars to be honest. Every time I go there to pay my car loan they always mess things up, putting all my money to interest instead of principal. Now, the last time I went there I wanted to pay my regular payment and put some of money on my principal payment and the lady just ignored what I asked and now it says I have a late payment, so my payment didn’t even count. My father past my mother is still alive but in a wheelchair and very limited to what she can do and this branch has the audacity to say I can’t make a deposit for my mother into her bank account is ludicrous… chase gives me no issues but this branch even gave issues giving a cashiers chk with all the proper documents will be going else where
