I wish I could give 0 stars to be honest. Every time I go there to pay my car loan they always mess things up, putting all my money to interest instead of principal. Now, the last time I went there I wanted to pay my regular payment and put some of money on my principal payment and the lady just ignored what I asked and now it says I have a late payment, so my payment didn’t even count. My father past my mother is still alive but in a wheelchair and very limited to what she can do and this branch has the audacity to say I can’t make a deposit for my mother into her bank account is ludicrous… chase gives me no issues but this branch even gave issues giving a cashiers chk with all the proper documents will be going else where

Don't often do this but needed to address this. I have no issue with the tellers or branch employees, they always take my deposits and help me with no issues and are always friendly, I would happily 5 star them. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for management. I have multiple active business accounts with wells fargo and today simply needed assistance with a dispute and block payment. I was already in the bank depositing money and decided it would be easier for me to have a branch rep help me with the process.... read more
