This bank are a bunch of crooks! First someone stole money from my checking account and their terrible fraud department said that they found no fraud, then they put a stop on my last deposit of 500 dollars because they said they suspect fraudulent activity on my account yet the fraud department denied this. And now not only did they steal 500 dollars from me now they said I need to deposit 500 for an overdraft, if you decide to bank with Wells Fargo then shame on you
I went to 2 other WF branches in the area to get an account closure form for one of my joint accounts. I didn’t get the help I needed. I stopped by at this branch today and Yany took care of me on the best level possible. Thank you so much Yany!

I wish I could give 0 stars to be honest. Every time I go there to pay my car loan they always mess things up, putting all my money to interest instead of principal. Now, the last time I went there I wanted to pay my regular payment and put some of money on my principal payment and the lady just ignored what I asked and now it says I have a late payment, so my payment didn’t even count.
