Never go to wayne branch,befor they will not change management.no respect no explanation ,only make appointments for small Questions. Do not even ask reason for appointments. I visited this location on 2/7. This is was my first time ever visiting this branch although I've had accounts with Wells Fargo over 20 years. I received efficient service and compassion from Mohammed. He worked very diligently to help me to close out an account. Also the branch manager Flora was attentive and kept checking on us to make sure that things were running smoothly.
